Lorenzo is a strategic, cross-functional human resources executive with general management and operations experience. He has been a true change agent throughout his career, having led the implementation of multiple business transformation initiatives including startup, greenfield, business mission changes, and mergers and acquisitions scenarios. He brings a different approach to HR by ensuring alignment between people strategies and business objectives.

Lorenzo is a sought after business partner for his ability to understand and contribute to business and operations strategies, and then translate them into meaningful people strategies.  His ability to make strong connections with executives, leaders, managers, and employees allows for a deep understanding of company culture and enables a framework for gap assessments that offer positive value to a company strategy.

Having lived, studied, and worked in Canada and the UK, Lorenzo has international business experience in North America, Europe, and Brazil. He has enjoyed working across a number of different industries including:  Aerospace, Automotive, Digital Media, Engineering, Manufacturing, Medical Imaging, Power Generation, Quality, Restoration & Reconstruction, and Retail.

Lorenzo has a passion for learning. He earned his MBA degree from the University of Bradford, UK. He also has a BBA degree, and Diploma in Human Resources. His certifications include:  Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) certification from the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA), and the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) with the WorldatWork Society.
